5. Property Management Services

Engagement of Gulf Coast Collective's property management services is governed by a separate, signed property management agreement between Gulf Coast Collective and the property owner. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to manage a specific property or a binding agreement to provide services; such terms will be set out in that separate agreement.

6. Bookings and Reservations

Reservations made through our booking engine are subject to the specific rental terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms presented to you at the time of booking, in addition to these Terms. Please review those terms carefully before completing a reservation.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including our property management software (Hostaway) and listing platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and policies.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
